Planning Harvest

I want to know, for the purpose of next year:
If i were to plant 10 Apollo 11's, which is a relatively stable plant, would i be able to count on most/all of my plants being ready to harvest on one day? Would this be true for clones only? would it be heavily based on the amount of sun they recieve, for example, more trees near one, would cause flowering earlier??

Reason: I would not be able to afford going to the site more than once a week. It's about 30 miles of driving and a 2 mile trek. That kind of time is not available during a week more than once, max twice.

Thanks all.

Dunno about Apollo 11, but most strains have a harvest window or at least 1 to 2 weeks. So, even if all the plants aren't ripe the same day (there will be some variation), if you know approximatively when most of the plants should be ripe, count one more week and pull everything.

Be careful about the weather in fall, though. Flowering period and expected harvest date are one thing, but environmental conditions may force you to harvest a tad early. Rain and mold can ruin your crop in less than one week, so keep an eye on the buds (one eye on the buds, one eye on the sky). :joint:

i keep a daily eye on weather now.. so the mold and stuff is covered.. also.. is there a good median point when every plant in the A11 crowd will be at some state of ripeness?? so i can pull everything and have some variation in my crop as well as all ripe weed??

I'd avise you to start harvesting the buds at the top of the plants first. These will be the first to be ripe, and cutting them should boost the maturation on lower branches too.
