Well,Tark can make all the assumptions he wants about frictionless bearings, but he never said anything about the brakes. If the brakes are on,and he guns the engine, this plane is going to do a nosedive onto the treadmill and destroy the plane,treadmill and all you dumbbutts who are standing around, thinking it is going to take off.

Last time we had this thread,I agreed that it would take off. Since I am tired of the thread, this time I will discuss(argue) the other side.

I saw this work right after they did a similar trick with a car on a treadmill. They got the treadmill up to 160 mph and flipped it upside down and the car 'was going so fast' it remained stuck to the treadmill and stayed that way even for several hours after they shut the treadmill off.. in fact it stayed there almost right up to the point where I started coming down off my acid trip.
