Plagron Seedbooster? Is it any good?

hello guys!

I bought it for 35 usd and would like to know that can it help to germinate old seeds or is it any good in general?

any experience with this stuff?

I took 7 drops to 1 litre tapwater and start to use it with "wet paper towel method" and "cup of water" method!

I have 22 seeds what is 8 years old and germinated in 5% without the Seedbooster, so I decided to get this stuff for the last 22 seeds (and for other seeds too)

any info would be appreciated

You should setup a little experiment and compare the germination rate...with and without.

never used it..whats in it???..yeehaw

Water, sorbitol, sugar, cellulase enzymes, pectinase enzyme.
Plagron claims an up to 40% improvement in germination.
The enzymes soften the seed coat [true], and [maybe] jump start germination process... Never used (it's Dutch, IIRC), so don't know; dubious, but curious. Would love to hear a side by side experiment.

good stuff but not makes wonder... mix a few drops into the water what you use to make wet the paper towel... the healthy seeds will pop, the sprouts are healthy.

if a seed are old, it wont help.

kinda expensive stuff but it's not bad at all.
