Places to TRY and BUY vaporizers in EUROPE

Hi to everyone,
I've never been to Western Europe and I'm planning at trip there in the upcoming months. Doesn't really matter where to, gonna visit some civilized country in EU =) Since the choice is almost arbitrary, and the import taxes here are massive, I am considering buying a serious vaporizer abroad.

I'd love to receive some recommendation for places who sell quality vaporizers and/or let you try them, if such exist? Amsterdam, Barcelona etc..
Purchasing an expensive vape online is not an option, unless it's about $100 cheaper. The taxes are so high, that for their amount of money in can purchase a flying ticket..

I don´t know any places for trying and buying vaporizers, remember that cannabis is illigal all over Europe.
But I have been told that certain coffee shops in Amsterdam offers to vap their products in the shop so you can try vaporizing. I don´t know which coffee shop or which vaporizer they use. ( I imagine Vulcano would be one.)
