Pixie's Garden Space

I thought I would you all a peek at my garden space. I took a few pix the other day when I was cleaning up between rounds. The room is 10' X 10' and is B&W polyed, as you can see in one of the pix I use the B&W Poly to create a light trap with the door to enter the room. I'm currently running (1) 1000W light, but when I can afford some upgrades I plan on running 2. I've got a 6" cool tube style reflector that are routed threw the homes HVAC system. I've got me a big carbor filter so the neighbors don't smell anything!!! I'm using Advanced Nutrients Organic line.

Thank you both and this will be the second run in this room so I know how bright it is in there. I actually tend to my plants naked because I don't want tan lines. LMAO

Nice looking setup, Pixie! Do you have any pix of you tending to the plants?


You have your ventilation the way I like to do it: smelly air thru the filter, thru the lights, then an in-line fan pulling the hot smelly air out. Only you added an extra fan after the filter for an added boost. Does that help? Too bad the filter/fan is oversized and you had to use two reducers. (I hate those bulky reducers!) Here's a pic of my old rig:

I have 6 strains that came from bag seed I've smoked in the past, all the seeds were tossed into a container so I got no clue what they really are.

Why yes I do have a pic with me in my garden.

Well that's not how my room is set-up. Air to cool the light isn't taken out of the room at all. I closed the loop in the HVAC system. The filter is rated for the 6" or 8" fan so I opted for the cheaper which is why I need the first reducer. The second reducer on top is for noise reduction.

12 bottles of nutes on the wall, 12 bottles of ferts..if one of them bottles had happen to fall, 11 AN bottles of nutes on the wall and a few deficiencies!...11 bottles of nutes on the wall 11 bottles of nutes..if one of the bottles had happened to fall, you got sick plant from here to taj mahal....i cant stand those thieving bastards AN, but they do work if u buy alll 55 ingredients to the soup lovely grow work to come im sure. use them well and properly for shit sure! and soon, they go bad fast if they contain organic ingredients whatsoever :/ AN is only good if yer perpetual and a drug dealer or someone who can otherwise keep up buying bottes to maintain a complete regimine of nutes/full and top notch plant health,
if not, i guarantee u swtch after 1 grow very tough when floranova is like 14 AN bottles in 3. i just want whats best for the plant, and my pockets whenit comes to nutes. AN lacks the latter,

I currently don't have a pix of that but if my explaination doesn't clear things up for you I will take one. The AC\Heat vent come from the ceiling and is a 6" round opening. I take the fexible tubing and shoved it inside that opening in the ceiling.

whats up with the profilter?i heard there reversible..for whatever that means..is that just the prefilter there talking about..they said there filters are suppose to last awhile how do u like the filter?

FYI you don't want to run AC cooled air through the air cooled tubes. The temp change will cause condensation like no ones business!!! I'm now attaching the hose to the carbon scrubber.
