Looks like you're in the process of giving up on this plant. And yes, Mr Google says Fusarium affected plants may have purple roots.
Yet you say the plant has not wilted? (So it probably has now you've exposed the roots hasn't it?)
Mr Google didn't say all plants with pinkish purple roots will die ... did he? Why'd ya pull it up if it wasn't dead?

It's a mother plant I have for 4 months, I wanted to see if it I was root bound and eventually trim the roots, even If I was very weary of that too... I'm really a inexperienced grower... But upon seeing this stuff, I trimmed the roots and to my surprise it didn't stunt the plant that much.

My question really is, I guess, can it be another thing than fungus ? or am I simply wasting my time, because if I understood well, clones taken from a sick plant can have the disease, I have to start over...

Mate ... I haven't seen purple roots before. I really don't know. Do more research. Have you searched here? (See 'thread title search top of this page.) To confirm it's Fusarium there must be more symptoms as well the colour of the roots.
But welcome to the Site!

The plant looks good.

If you're worried at all, water with a low dose of enzymes, and let the plant dry out. You can also water with myrorrhizal fungi, or worm tea.

All of which will do a lot get rid of decayed roots or other organic matter that may be a source for infection.

The plant looks good. And there are plenty of healthy roots in sight.
