So, is Roger Waters in? I could not really tell from the article, although it sounds like he is. I disliked The Wall intensely. I did not like Waters tone and negativity, really everything after Dark Side was inferior in my eyes. I saw them in 1976. The first set was Dark Side, and Echoes was the encore. Simply stunning. To me, the best you can get of any modern amalgamation of Floyd was expressed in David Gilmour's "Live in Gdansk", which was made shortly before Sir Richard died in 2008. Gilmours soaring, sonic slide and haunting melodies like Blue and On an island capture everything I need to remember about Pink Floyd. It is interesting that in the article it mentions Waters was not involved in the songwriting so there is some hope that it will be good. I hope so.
