pill grinders and glass stems with roses in them, why?

i was at my local department store with my girlfriend buying some condoms(bow chicka wow wow) and as we went by the part of the pharmacy that sells things like eye droppers, those pill containers for tues, wed. etc. and sitting with this stuff was a grinder thing for pills with a little container on the bottom for about 6, 7 bucks. and then as we're leaving i noticed by the lighters and chips was a little hollow glass rod with a small rose inside it. take out the rose, grab some brillo and Presto! you've got the perfect crack pipe.

why are these things sold? i mean really it made me so sad thinking about how those items are only really used for drug abuse. granted some people grind up their pills in food or something but what the fuck is the point of a glass rod?!

ps i don't know why this bothered me so much, i just needed to vent thanks for reading

Local drive-thrus sell the rose/pen stem with a lighter and ball~o~chore for $5.50

Man I can score a rose in a crackpipe and a ball-o-chore as my friend put it for 2 fitty.Must supply own fire.You know people that do this are some of the saddest people in existence.I wish crack could just be eliminated and it could of course.Cant stop people from cooking thir own but I do believe crack in large quanties could be history with a little effort.Not near the effort it takes to run a drug war though.The use of the pill grinders is obvious.Recently Jenkem users have declared a better high if you first dry the substance,then use a grinder for snorting purposes.
