Does ICmag log the directory of an image when uploading? I need to make sure that the name of the directory does not get logged by this server or anywhere else. Laymen explanations are in order please!

Bounce off of a proxy server then.
Google "Proxy servers". There are thousands of them. Some charge a small fee but many are free.
A proxy won't forward your IP addy or anyting.

I am not worried about my IP as much as the actually directory on my computer. That would be covered by a proxy also?

Hey InlineMax,

I have worked with PHP scripts that do image uploading, and I can ensure you that the application doesn't even receive that information from your browser, much less store it on the server. Your browser sends the image data to the script with its original name only. No other data about your directories or files apart from the image you choose is sent to the server.

What you should be concerned about, though, is removing exif data and changing sensitive image names before uploading, as those are sent to the server.

That's the point of a proxy... It doesn't forward your IP or anything behind it.

Of course you could just move the pictures to another directory...
