Pics don’t fully load

I am having to use an iPad and load pics directly from it. The orange progress bar gets to 100%, then disappears. No image is seen, and no menu to choose thumbnail. These pics may be 2 mb in size. I was able to load this way before, but it stopped. My wireless cell carrier, or ICMag server?

I will try to load a pic as an example… yup same thing.
Grays out and nothing sticks.

I think it is the wireless cell carrier because everything seems to be ok. Try another device.

This morning the pics transformed from gray topics. Both diary’s got pics updated.

This iPad likes to take videos more than pics, so that may have been the problem. I need to get my pc going again somehow.

Site load times and pic load performnce has been bad for a while.
Suddenly today things are running better.
