Phytoseiulus persimilis?

Hello,

I've been noticing a few bugs crawling around the mulch in my pots following a shipment from BAS. Now, to my untrained eye they have always looked like Phytoseiulus Persimilis but the strange thing is that they have been running around in my pots since January and I thought Phytoseiulus Persimilis were supposed to stick around during a two spotted mite infestation and then die off soon after the infestation has been eliminated. I have never once seen one of these bugs on my plants (though I did notice a couple stuck to lower buds after the last harvest) they seem to live in the top soil and mulch. Can the pros please help me identify these:

Taking the pics while it was alive seemed hopeless but the front legs on these guys are longer than the rest of the legs and they run around really fast.

I am an organic no-till grower and I've been spraying IPM every 3 days ... I usually do neem and karanja the first 2 IPM, Captain Jack's on the 9th day then start the cycle over again.

P. Persimilis will never be in the mulch. They are bright red and move very quickly. They have the appearance of a true spider, although miniature. That looks like a soil mite of some kind.
