Phresh Filter no Pre-Filter

Bought a Phresh 6"x24" a year ago and really liked it. Came with a pre-filter. Ordered a new one last week. Didn't come with the pre-filter and it's not mentioned anywhere on the packaging. Filter is shown in use without a pre-filter.

Damn annoying.

i would get a prefilter for it .or maybe just clean the old one & use that . throw it in the washer . it should have came with one . the phresh filters i've ever bought had them tucked down inside the filter when i opened the box , & i'm gonna assume you looked in there lol

Never ran a phresh filter but have ran the odor soks and can lites. Are these phresh filters any better than any other carbon filter??

advertised that they come with pre filter on site, maybe they will send you one? best to have one.

I overlooked my phresh prefilter at first glance, it was smashed all the way down against the bottom of the filter folded up.

Looked inside. I've ordered a pre-filter. Also noticed that the bottom plate was crushed before the filter was boxed. I was really impressed with the first one. Equally unimpressed with this one. Think I'll be looking for filters that aren't made in China going forward.
