Photography Help Forum?

Hi Mods,
is there any chance we can get a Photography Help Desk/Forum any time in the near future?,
i'm sure it would help alot of people (including myself),
i recently got a new cam but it's quite difficult to understand all the settings, which settings to use and when, which lens are best for which type of shots/pics etc,
plus there's a few very experienced and knowledgable photographers on this forum who would make great Mods for this type of Forum

Abby Normal was the biz, not seen him around recently, Monkey did some clever stuff, now starting to see images in trichs, it would be a popular forum.
