So there you have it. My CDD cuts started showing symptoms of phosphorus deficiency shortly after transplanting into 16 oz. cups. I gave them a light does of seaweed extract at transplant and nothing but H2O until yesterday when I feed a full dose of Big Bloom and light dose of Tiger Bloom. My money is on P deficiency but would like to confirm before proceeding. I've included a few pictures and would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Your using way to many nutrients especially on a clone that small. Your clones would be fine with just fox farm soil and plain water. Your ph is probably off which is causing your plant not to be able to uptake the nutrients it needs. Your also using bloom ferts while your still in veg there's no need for that. You need to just use plain water for now and flush them out a bit. Also when you give them plain water make sure the ph is right and also test the run off from the bottom of the pots and make sure it's still in the correct ph range after it runs through your soil.
Hope this helps

I appreciate the reply.

Maybe I should have been a bit more clear. I listed all of the nutrients I have. Not what I have fed these plants.

These plants have been fed mostly plain water. The only nutrients I added before these symptoms showed up is the seaweed extract. Nothing but H2O until yesterday when I gave them a light shot of Tiger Bloom with the hopes of correcting what appeared to me as a P deficiency.

I'll wait one more day. If they get worse, I'll flush per your advice.

A little dose of SuperThrive might help as well. Make a gallon mixture and then pour some half way in a cup and dilute it with water before you feed them again. I do that with my clones when I can't transplant them soon enough.

Alright well I'm guessing you must still have a Ph problem and nutrients are getting locked out. Just make sure to ph your water and then once you water get some of the run off to test it and make sure it's still in the correct range.
How long have the clones been in those cups of fox farms?
That's all I would think it could be but i'd wait for someone else to respond and see if they have another idea/solution.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. Will keep you posted.

Herbsman_OS, Good idea. Funny you mention Super Thrive. I haven't used the stuff yet, however the past few times to the nursery section I've taken a hard look at it. Just haven't pulled the trigger since everything has been rather smooth so far.

BL4ZE20, They have been in the cups of FFOF since May 10th. Gave them a light dose of Seaweed Extract on the 10th and nothing but RO water until a couple days ago. pH is 6.5 - 6.8. I'll get a reading of the runoff next watering.
