Phony 911 calls

I have had cops come out to my home around midnight or 1 am now twice in about a year. They say I made a 911 call and want to talk to me.

I opened the door and talked with the cop the first time this happened and he took down info and left. This last time I just talked thru the closed door and thru a window and said I did not call. He said he would like to see me and I just closed the window and ignored him.

I have heard they use this to try to gain access to medical marijuana grows. Swatting is another thing but that is different I think. A possible glitch in the line is another. I got a call from an unknown caller about 10 minutes before this last cop showed up. The same may have happened the previous incident, I do not remember for sure. I do not answer for an unknown caller and just let it ring.

Any ideas? This is getting annoying. I am in California and a medical marijuana patient if that matters.

everything is digital/computerized, if it happens again tell them (through your closed door) to check the actual source of the call and to prosecute that caller for making a false report. I don't open the door for cops either, fuckem!!!

more advice - there's probably a list somewhere

if you do talk to a cop or a suspected undercover, don't stand close enough for them to grab you. if they do, it's assault to remove their grip.

a few years back two guys with "see-through-you" eyes made some bs story about looking at something on the property, i went out to meet them with a "knife big enough for horses" on my shoulder. they were very polite and left quickly. but, that's in character for me. i carry that fucker everywhere.

your lucky they didn't bust in ..they need to make sure everything is safe before they leave...I have a german shepard that does all my talking . through my security door...yeehaw..want in ??? and if my dog gets shot the cops wont fare any better
