ph screw up......HELP

Growing in smart pots, 5 and 7 gal. about 6 weeks old and 2' tall, topped to promote less height. I discovered my ph meter was off calibration for the last water and nute cycle(plus one foliar kelp feed) and the plants are not a great color, maybe yellowing a bit. I was definitely below 6 ph, most likely 5.5-5.8. Anyway, should I flush the pots with 6.6 ph water? Can I test the soil ph by letting water flush threough or will I just be testing the water I'm flushing with? Strains are blue dream and og kush. The dream was always toward the yellow green color spectrum and the og was darker(this is usual right?). Donj't think I overwatered, as I let them get pretty dry(very light weight pots) before watering.Yeah, I know they are flowering prematurely, caused by MY following bad advice from a nute store guy(I've already posted about that--major lesson is KNOW YOUR INFO SOURCE IS RELIABLE) but I'm letting them go and see what happens; life is always a learning experience! So where do I go from here?
Thanks, knowledgeable advice will be greatly appreciated.

Growing in compliance with all CA. law.

I would think a good flush, then water with properly PH'd Nutes. Color does not look off too bad. Sure, they could be a bit greener, but I don't see any yellowing/dieing leaves.

I am not terribly experienced, but I have had to recover from my share of fuck-ups.

Seems like the could use more N, but that could be caused by lockout.
