PH problems?

i don't know what went wrong, all of a sudden all my plants start looking like this at the same time. i have noticed a small white mite looking bugs in the soil and there are flying bugs that look sorta like fungus gnats.

i have tried neem oil spray downs and i have added neem oil to some of the water i feed them with, with no luck stoping the infestation, should i step up to more volitile pest control methods?

the plants just all of a sudden started looking crappy then the stems turned red and the lower leaves started to turn yellow and now recently i have notice they are starting to turn whitish as well with redish spots on them.

any help would be great

First off...
Did you test the PH of the water/nute mix after you added neem right to it?

I looks like your PH was tossed off and Im thinking that caused a lockout. The spots appear to be from a lack of Phosphorus or Potassium.
Check your soil PH and correct it.
Flush your soil.

I agree with getting your Ph in line first before anything. The fact that you have nats makes me wonder if you are over watering. What type of neem oil did you use. The stuff they sell at Wal-mart in the blue-green bottle will kill your plants if you spray them down and leave it on them( although that's not what it looks like is happening in your pics). Einstein Oil is the way to go. I just do the spray downs with Einstein and don't add it to the feeding solution. Ph and over watering would be my main concern before adding extra nutes. Just my opinion. Anyone else got any ideas??

LOOKS AND SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE FUNGUS GNATS.....PUT UP SOME STICKY STRIPS AND USE SOME BUG BOMB FOR THE LARVA....SOME ZONE WOULDN'T HURT EITHER

always check your PH when you see issues but I think you just water too much and are drowning the roots, the leaves all are curling downwards, which is indicative of overwatering & so is a nitrogen def

fungus gnats & larve are also another indication of overwatering

increase the airflow in the grow area, reduce your watering amounts and frequency

70% Neem oil in the soil always works for me , Gnatrol is another affective product

yellow sticky traps and garlic powder on the soil surface deals with returning adults

My tap is 7.0 even after ferts. So u might wont some ph UP. Flush with plain water first. Let drain well. Put the feed and water together and get ph right. Water again. Should look just fine. I also find cool drunk pool for nat's is some white vintager out side the room in a small jar. The kind with a small spout. They just drink up and die. Keep this 1 - 2 feet away from the ladies. Try and watch the vintager fill with those pest. Lime pilings around the plant work ok too. They just need to be close to the main steam. I use no pesticides....
