PH mixing of up and down?

This question has to have been asked a thousand times but i can't find it in a search. What happens when you over shoot your ph level by a full point using up or down and then try to correct it using the opposite to get the ph in the proper range??

The safest thing is to go slowly and try not to overshoot your mark.

If you do and you went slowly it won't be such a big deal to correct it.

Go drop by drop. :tiphat:

Yes sir. i understand all of that. I have been in this game for 22 years now. This has to be the billionth batch of nutrients I've mixed. Lol
I simply made a rare mistake and shot from 6.7 to 4.9.
Normally i would just trash the batch and start over but its a 200 gallon res with a few hundred bucks of nutes. So am i better off taking the hit and dumping the batch or using my natural ph up to get it back to 5.9 where i wanted it? Just don't know the risks of nute lock out due to too much oh up and down together? This is not something i ever have to deal with. i was pre occupied and fucked up. What would you guys do. My plants are week 2 of flower and in perfect health.
