PG&E growers: what's your baseline?

My baseline is 330 kilowatthours (large 1bd room), and i just filled out some documentation below to get it raised anouther 500 kilowatthours at a cheaper rate

I'm curious about how you got that, considering you basically have to had a life threatening illness.

I'd have to go find one of my bills... I might have one right here, nope. But later i'll find it.

Do you think they'll consider arthritis life-threatening w/o extra heating or cooling? Hope it works out for ya.

For me, it's costing me a pretty penny to keep my drinks cold. Might have to replace the big old power hogging fridge with a small mini-fridge. Been thinking about doing that for a while now, but now with the extra 600w I think I need to.

i have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis an auto-immune disease, my docter says it's very important that i stay cool and warm for it not to act up, i'm sure he would kill me if he saw me sunbathing under 1kw lights though , my kaiser docter is not mmj freindly.

(and my joints do hurt allot when it's cold)

P.S. only reason i knoew i could get it is because my parents used to get it when i lived with them.
