Pests... Restart or run through?

Hey everyone, could use some opinions on my situation.

Recently found some pests in my garden. I believe they are green aphids, and possibly some mite activity... Started off only seeing a couple little green guys on newer growth, but i think they are starting to get established.

Some background info on the grow-
Area is 4ft w x 2ft D x 5ft5 H
Grow medium is Roots Organics Greenfields
Lighting is a 4ft x 2ft T5 set up that covers the entire area nicely.
Im using the standard 2x1 black trays as flooring / water catch
Containers are either 1 or 2 gal smart pots or the cheap black plastic baggies w/ drain holes.
Strains are Atomic Northern Lights, White Island, and Berry White.
All are clones except for the Berry White, which i believe is turning out to be a male. Im around a week into flower and just starting to see the beginnings of bud and sex for the Berry White.

I decided to go on and use an insecticide/fungicide - Safer brand 3-in-1 garden spray and dose the entire area. It is OMRI listed and says its safe to use on edible crops..

My questions are...
Has anyone used this brand? Is it worth trying to run through and salvage or should i scrap and clean? Im afraid of contaminating other areas. Since ive dosed the entire area will the buds be safe for consumption? Its still very early in flower... Or should i forget about getting smoke and try and pollinate everything with the Berry White?

Any opinions would be appreciated. Much love
