first i sprayed the whole garden with fungicide (safers 3-in-1)
every leaf, every surfave, pots, walls, ac grills, soil, trays, fan.

then i noticed some pm spots so...

i sprayed the whole garden with high ph water ph=9 w/pirhana fungi bennies.
and barricade it worked

i keep touching up on spots w/the 3-in-1 in about 4 weeks in now. and i dont know what to do.

running about 65-70 day 60-65 night.

alot of air circulation and a charcoal filter...

does neem help prevent the pm from getting inbetween the cell walls.??

What do you mean help prevent it from getting inbetween cell walls?

PM comes when your RH is high; if you got your RH under control you have a much better chance to kill the PM; otherwise no matter what you use it will still keep coming back and the mildew will thrive.

yea.... sure, thats what THEY SAY

the truth is my RH has been less then 30% 95% of the time, i see a 40 % on there only when i water, and its sometimes between 10-20%.

i tried 'baking' the pm away. by letting my room drift from 65 to 80-85 D temps, and only noticed increased PM growth and MJ stress from the heat.

i also used Messenger with harpin protien, to stimulate the immune systems.

Are you growing in a basement? Where is your grow room located? There has to be mold or something around that is getting into your grow room; powdery mildew IS caused by moisture weather it's caused by high humidity or too much moisture in a certain area weather it's from basement area or water that sits out or stays in a certain area to increase the humidity in a certain area.

Baking is not going to do it, I tried doing that when I got it with my other plants, apple trees.

Use neem every 7 days to kill it off and help prevent it from coming back, or find a strain that is not as easily susceptible to PM......

its funny because my grow it outside, and my patio plants are VERY healthy. this is my last grow here anyways, ive got to move soon.
this was my mistake, 1-2 weeks olds next to the infected 9 week olds...

running perpetual i had no room for them to veg anymore.

my 'indoors' is actualy 'outdoors'
tems are chilly. 70's the high during day and low 40's at night.

its funny because my rose plant usualy gets PM... but this year shes been fine.

spray plants with neem/pentrator(or soap) every 5-7 days in veg... don't spray during flower... i've heard that dutch master's zone with penetrator, also by dutch master, works great on killing pm and, i've heard, it can be used during flower but i never spray during flower so i don't know for sure... there was a thread called "rx for powdery mildew during flower" that has a lot of info in it... i was going to try it but by the time i got the zone the neem and the addition of a dehumidifier had already wiped out all the pm in my cab.

also clean with a bleach/h2o2 water solution instead... anything else and you're wasting your time.... wipe down lights with alcohol and don't run any fans when you're cleaning... start and the top and work your way down.

damn!! from the sounds of PM i would rather have mites!!! yeeesh!

thats right, you do, atleast with mites, a nice innoculation of floromite/avid and they die.

PM is a *%$& headache, i think my baricade, pirahna, organic-b foliar help stave it off for the 3 weeks...
it was real bad on my last crop, odd living in a desert...
although its raining today. just my luck, itll be raining next 2 days. i love rain but bad timing.
its getting rid of the mycelum thats difficult.

the read on the hyphae is the most intresting.

You see those slightly green newer growths in the first pic you posted?

That is caused by cold to warm temps.... 40 F will defiantly do that to it.....Since everyone else gave you soild advice about getting rid of the PM I Did not say anything about it :)

Just thought I would tell you why your upper leaves are that color....
