Passive aggression....check mate!

My boss is the classic passive aggressive.
If any of us makes the most minute almost unnoticible mistake, he is always sure to rub it in our face. He does this under the guise of "constructive criticism."This is done by blowing the mistake out of proportion, the severity,
(Think the TPS report incident from Office Space times ten)

All the while he is smiling patting you on the back and calling you "pal" and "buddy." I hate when people are passive aggressive, I would rather them be a straight up a-hole or duche bag.

so I decided to one up my boss and his passive aggression.

so I printed out a copy of the "Passive aggressive behavior" page from wikipedia and left it on his desk.

Rule #1 to not be hated at work - Never tell your coworkers their shortcomings

Rule#1 to not be hated in life - Never tell friends their shortcomings and how they can "be better people..."

Humans know their shortcomings and many times the biggest struggle is to overcome them, the last thing they want is for some moron to point it out constantly or someone you are paying to work for you bitch at the way you are..
