Passionflower leaf as joint-sized bluntwrap

After I found some passionflower growing on my property, I started researching it. I found out that it causes hyper-salivation, which would cure cottonmouth, and it has a very smooth smoke (experience report from erowid). I decided to make a leaf into a blunt wrap, but only 3-4 inches long of course. How would I dry it? Its supposed to cause a mild marijuana-type high, and might help me conserve, and cure cottonmouth. Since passionflower also contains MAOIs, it can also produce visuals since it allows some other psychoactives from marijuana to attach to the brain. What do you all think?

you don't really "dry" wrappers... you more ferment/bake them

at least here, traditionally you'd hang all the leaves in a zinc building to bake for a couple days...

very cool... didn't know about this

Passiflora incarnata leaves and roots have a long history of use among Native Americans in North America. Passiflora edulis and a few other species are used in Central and South America. The fresh or dried leaves are used to make an infusion, a tea that is used to treat insomnia, hysteria, and epilepsy, and is also valued for its painkilling properties. [1] It has been found to contain beta-carboline harmala alkaloids which are MAOIs with anti-depressant properties. The flower has only traces of these chemicals, but the leaves and the roots of some species contain more and have been used to enhance the effects of mind-altering drugs.

correct me if Im wrong but....

dont you have to eat/drink a MAOI? smoking it probably wont do anything. And also, MAOIs can be deadly if combined with particular recreational drugs... like mdma.

Here is a passion flower we have had going on 15 years. Never tried using any of it for recreational purposes, have heard much of it is useful, seeds, leaves. I just enjoy it for its beautiful flower.

i got two big plants of these right now. how the **** are you gunna smoke them leaves? they are like ****ing leather. thats much thicker than anything i would want to smoke at least. only the flowers are nice to smoke IMO anyways. they sedate you well. and really there aint enough beta-carbs in this plant to do squat unless you have kilos of the dried herb, then you might get somewhere but jsut plain flowers of leaves of P. incarata, dont worry about it...give it a shot though...i just dont get how you'd roll with a 5 leaflet leaf like this has, kinda like how the **** would you roll with a ganja leaf?

Sheriff Bart in the article it described how only the roots of some species of the plant are potent enough to make something worth drinking.
