I'm very interested in this strain as well. Parvati is supposed to be high in CBD correct? This thread is more than worthy of a bump :)

I don't think so, no. The Parvati valley strains are pure himalayan sativas, supposedly high in THC. The thing is, it is traditionally smoked as hash (charras, rubbed off live plants), not in a bud form.

I grew some parvati seeds outdoors at 44°N about ten years ago. Pure sativa structure, tall and branchy, with thin buds, and bright red, pale purple (mauve, almost blue) or pink pistils.

I don't know where exactly in the valley the RSC seeds come from, but these were from the village of Tosh, brought back by a traveling friend. The effect wasn't overwhelming as far as I can remember, specially when compared to the refined product, i.e Parvati charras, that gives you a very cerebral effect, with no ceiling, I suppose you could get a similar effect in buds with plants properly pushed to their optimal point (mine were probably harvested early for weather reasons, as always).
