Looks like the FDA is forcing the DEA's hand, they won't have a choice but to at least approve CBD if this passes. THC will probably remain Schedule 1.
Great news but I notice this drug has some side effects, is bad for the liver. It's difficult to make a drug out of cannabis that works better then the plant itself.
