Anyone know anything about this place from first hand experience or research?

Id like to know LAWS, Any foreign nationals ever been arrested, what are the courts, police, and jails like, are they fair, is cannabis pretty much unregulated?

I've been as far as Mindanao Philippines, that is as close as i've got. I found out about this place after my most recent visit to the Philippines

Haha here in Hawaii we get alot of Palau, Marshall Island, Etc Ex-Pat's (We like to view em as refugee's, they are granted U.S. citizenship because of our WW2 Atom bomb test's there, but most just come here and live of the system...). My view is, and alot of locals here, is that they are fairly quiet, but they are relatively un-educated, and are easily succeptible to any substances. They are notorious here for random stabbings. Alot of psych/mental problem's (probably from the atomic radiation...)... Never been there, but if their anything like the immigrant's, I wouldn't wanna live there...
