At his peak of success he was one of the words richest men, and certainly the most successful criminal of all time. He was also a lifelong stoner, always preferring marijuana to cocaine.

Is it possible Pablo Escobar is the highest achieving stoner of all time?

i just looked this up because i have never heard of it and wow, very interesting.

also found out that the 4 hippos he had have increased to 20+. but a few of them ran away in 2009 and one was shot dead, and here is a poster showing what they found in "pepe" the hippo's stomach...

Escobar was wealthy but not brilliant. He was more ruthless and lucky than his competitors. He was at the right place and right time and exploited the hell out it for as long as it lasted.

He over saturated the cocaine market in the US and watched the price of his coke go down. Supply and demand did not occur to him.

Quitting the business after many years of fame and fortune did not occur to him.

He had exotic animals in cages like other drug barons, that does not make him kind to animals.
