265 cfm's min per 1000w.
i run 265 cfm inline fans for every 2 600w cool tubes.
tubes are cool to the touch except right under the bulb.
it's hot there, but you couldnt cook an egg on it.
i can hold my hand there no problem, but my fingertips are numb from the few years i worked as a cook at a pizza joint as a kid.

im not sure, but they look cloudy to me amish.
i'd take a scope to it to make sure.
if you dont have one, radio shack has em for under $15.

Yea,I got a 'scope last week.They are cloudy as hell,but no amber anywhere.Checking them all the time,the plant is still covered with white hairs,as soon as I see some amber heads its over for them.Can't wait.

Just got some new beans today, Skunkxxx from THSeeds and a freebie of Durban Poison x Skunk #1 from Sam the Skunkman. I've got some choices to make. I'm ready to pop some more beans and I have 10 each of the following... Jack the Ripper(Jacks Cleaner x Space Queen), The Void(Apollo 13 x Quirkle(Purple Urkle x Space Queen)), SpaceJill(Space Queen F2's), Skunk XXX and DP x Skunk #1.

I'm thinking 5 of each except for the DP x Sk1, which I'll save for later. I really want to check out the Void. I've heard such great things about the Apollo 13. It's supposed to be an extremly fast finisher which would be nice to have in the mother room. Let me know what you guys think.

Vin, thanks for the heads up on the dimmer switch. Are they all the same? Are they just two wires or three, if you happen to know. Also, do I just wire it somewhere inline with the cord? I've never used one for a fan before. The speed controller I was gonna get is 20 or 30 bucks, and you just plug the fan into it, and then into the wall.

Red: Most are just 2 wires, and yes, you just spice it into the cord anywhere you want. I didn't know they made speed controlers like you mentioned.
Anyone check out the lunar eclips this morning?

i've got my outdoor going strong for the 3rd real season and they are looking great.

i have a little PM problem and looking for something that i can add to the water to knock it out because the plants are so dense i have trouble with a foliar spraying. send a Private message if you got a tip.

Just checked my guerilla grow yesterday. All plants showed signs of sex, 12 females, 4 males and 2 hermies. Pretty good ratio if you ask me! I figured all this rain recently would of stressed most of the females into hermies, but I guess not. Plucked the hermies and males, making some brownies from them this weekend.

So far, everything is going good.. Plants are starting to bud like crazy!

When do you guys normally harvest by? Last year, my plants got stolen the first week in October *sad face* and they still wern't fully done. Im worried about them not finishing before the first frost!
