oving flower room....night or day?

As many of you know, I gotta move Area 51 ONE more time...My question is this...
Do I wanna put them all in the back of the truck and move em EARLY, so they get back under light, or move em at lights out at night time, putting them in the new room so they stay dark till the next am....

Ideas?

I would go about it in the safest manner.. One day of interrupted darkness during flowering isnt enough to making htem hermy if thats what your afraid of.. It must be a constant disruption. Go about it however is safest.. Afterall, security is the main priority, right?

Hey WT,
I would think that if you can do a "day light" move, and do it safely is the way to go...That way if you drop any imcriminating leaves, branches etc in the process, you will see it before anyone else does...Would hate to see all your efforts and hard work all for naught...
Cant say I envy you and what you are about to do..

I agree with everything you are saying, I mean also the least likely way to stress em to herm. I do have reverse now, but dont wannt spray really. I think moving them during the day, and then moving em back under light within that day would be better?

Or just move em at night, REALLY late, and then pu thtem in the new spot while its dark, and then have the lights come back on same time next day?

Or too much risk at night of light stress?

Ya don't worry about stressing them, a few hours of interrupted light is nothing in the big scheme of things to a plant.

so are you saying night time? I would think day only cause....take em from light source, move em, stick em right back under light source....seems to be the least invasive.
Although, I dont have any sour d strains or hybrids in this run, so herm tendencies shouldnt be there...they are all pretty damn stable this run...

I think we are saying that it doesn't matter that much as far as the plant goes... The thoughts that should be taking priority is your own safety/well being and not the plants...they'll be fine.

I'd do it during rush hour....safety in numbers kinda thing. Make sure the brake lights and turn signals are good, and use them... and don't drive like a maniac.

You should be good.

do it during the daytime! early morning, 6am would be a great time.

ive moved my plants and equipment before over two days time and did it during the daytime... at night the cops are just looking for people to "mask themselves with the darkness..." oh and I also moved them in big ass garbage bags... i left them in the garbage bags for about 8 hours before i had the temp room up and going..probably about 40 plants if i can recall, all in various stages of flowering... they all turned out good with no beaners...could have been better, but were good enough

just make sure you are prepared for anything to happen... try to get on the road before the morning rush hour- with more cars on the road i think there is more room for accidents to happen which has great potential to happen.. ANYTHING can happen.. flat tire, brakes go, someone else decides to blow a red light and nail you, etc
