Overwatering Emergency

I have 2 clones that were severely overwatered. They are drooping heavily and look the be close to death. Is there any way i can save them?

rooted or no roots??

fully rooted maybe 3 weeks old

transplant them into some dry soil

I did that yesterday, no sign of improvement today, hopefully that will change soon? They are under a very weak florescent if that makes any difference, would they dig a few hours under the hps?

well you wont see a change overnight, give them a few days and they will most likely bounce back, but in the mean time DO NOT WATER them, and if they are rooted they definitely can go under the hps, it might even coerce them into drinking some of that extra water
