overwatered clone or something else

Did that clone have roots when you put it into the soil?
Was it in a dome? How often are you watering your plant and how much? There drainage hole in the bottom of the cup?
If it was in a dome, put it back in the dome, take another cup or something and put it over it and wean it from there. The plant is shock from not hardening off from the humidity if it was under a dome, if not then you are overwatering your plant, back off on the amount or how often you water depending on which one it is.
