So, I have two 23 days old Jorge's Diamonds #1 by DP that have been in a Nutriculture GT205 NFT system for 12 days now.

Some stains have appeared on the leaves:

I'm using Canna aqua, Cannazym, Biorizhotonic, superthrives, Canna's organic Ph-, liquid calcium

EC 1.6 mS
Ph 5.8
temps. 25/28 °C
RH 35/45 %

I was thinking it was overferting but since it's my first time in hydro I wanted to ask for other opinions.
I lowered the EC to 1.1 and the next day it was 1.0 so now it's 1.2. they seem to react well, new sprouts are of a nice green

Not familiar with NTF applications. I do know that in E&F I can run EC 1.6 in veg with no problems but usually have to drop to lower EC readings, say 1.2 to 1.4 while in bloom.
Your ph is good. On my tables I run between 5.6 to 5.8.
Could be slightly over fert but also looks like not enough calmag.
How much of the liquid calcium are you using per gallon?
And to be honest, I'd drop the super thrive all together. I used to use it and found it to be unnecessary.

I'm using 15 ml of liquid calcium per 5 gallons

I'm adding no Mg though, could be a deficency of this element as raccoon is suggesting?

Thats what it looks like to me too.. Lay off the SuperThrive, 1 drop per gallon is plenty.

oh man... SuperThrive can burn the shit out of your plants and make it look like that or much worse. Keep the thrive, simple.

i think I added like 10 drops in 20 liters (5 gallons)

I'd do a res change just to be on the safe side.It should hurt but.....
How often do you do a res change?
How often do you flush the system with a clearx type product to remove nute buildup? That can cause problems as well. Salt buildups cause nute lock out which causes problems.

I'm not flushing the system, however the plants are in it since 1st of July.

I changed the res once for now, I'm gonna change it every 10/12 days

I just added some Epsom salt to the solution, but in a few days I'll change it anyway

I'm afraid it could be a lockout, the spreader mat is full of residuals

That's why I asked if you flushed the system. On the E&F tables I have to flush and clean up everything once a month. I change the res every 2 weeks.
Some nute lines leave behind more "salts" residue than others. Salt buildup will cause what looks like deficiencies due to lockout. Will eventually cause the plants to die, yellow, crisp up the leaves, look like calmag deficiencies, etc.
I would have no idea how quickly the build up would occur in a NTF setup with a mat, but the more surface area for nutes to cling to the greater the chance of buildup. Since you have only been in the system for 15 days I'm not sure that would be your problem.
Water temps are a little warm but not really out of range enough to cause a serious problem. A bit cooler around 21C would be better for ya if possible.

I'm afraid it could be a lockout because in the beginning temps were higher (like28/30 °C, now I'm using "freezer blocks" now.. those things you put in the freezer then you put in portable freezer..got it?don't know how to say it in english lol) and a strange green thing was all around the table

I just washed the table with water but I don't think it was really effective. Shit I'm paranoid now!!

anyway I change the blocks every 8/10 hours so the temperature doesn't go above 26/26.5 maximum.

tomorrow I'll try to buy CalMag+ and a flush product, then I'll flush the plants and I'll put them in a new nutrient solution.

My babies HAVE to be PERFECT.
