Over feeding advice

Hey so I am growing all organic. I had some PH issues but fixed them, but now the leaves are turning yellow and Im 90% sure its over fertilized. I started to flush the soil a little bit, but my question is; My hoes are like 8weeks old from seed, and 12 weeks old from seed. They are all vegging still. I want to start flowering them, but I want to get the nutrient issues worked out first. So does anyone know how long I should wait tell I can start flowering them? Or will they be ok in a few weeks since they will need some extra nutrients for the flowering process?

You've given very insufficient information and no pictures.
For all anyone could know, they could be root bound, over ferted, over watered or any number of issues.

We need info to diagnose

Sorry, I meant to say; I burned my girls. They arnt totally fried but all the fan leaves have turned yellow and fell off. The upper part of the plant looks ok. If I flush them properly, how long will I generally have to wait tell they get over the nute burn?
I dont have a digital camera, but they are not root bound or over watered.
I have a mix of base soil, rock phos, steamed bone meal, high phos guano, worm castings, silicate, Advanced Nutrients Pirana, and blood meal.
The PH was at 4 for a little while, but the plants seemed ok. I added more lime and PH up, and now the soil has a PH of 7 and has been this way for a month.
I was told buy a person at Advanced Nutrients to add Voodoo Juice and some Humic Acid to make an awesome organic soil. I did, with the recomended portions and the next day I saw nutrient burns (on a scale of 1-10, they were like a 5) all over the plants. I flushed my plants and now was wondering how long it will take for them to recover?

Look to the new growth for healthy looking foliage, stay away from any additional ferts or additives until you're seeing a good amount of recovery. Then go ahead and flower the girls. You already have a pretty hot soil mix so it should be some time before they're looking for anything other than watering. Keep an eye on your run-off pH though

Lower fan leaves turning yellow and falling off sounds more like overwatering than overfertilization to me.

There's nothing in either Voodoo Juice or Humic acid that would cause nutrient burn in plants when used at reasonable dilution. Overfeeding isn't going to show up in one day either.

If it's not due to overwatering then it sounds more like something that was given to them 3 to 4 days prior, or possibly a substrate pH problem.

I'd just give plain pH'd water for a few days until your plants recover and then start out slowly with half strength feeding and work your way back up.

When you say that you had nutrient burn "all over your plants", did you mean tip burn on all the leaves or do you have spots on the leaves?

yellowing of leaves is a lack of nutrient, not too many.

going to get flamed but I am really sick of folks not learning how to grow, guys have all the answers before they grew one plant.

I was out of line with that comment but I just don't understand why people start growing without learning how to grow.

If I were you I would switch to 12/12 while just using plain water. When you switch the light schedual the plants will grow and need the nutes.
