Over feed/over water problem need advice ASAP

Plant is about 6 weeks old.
Been in flower for roughly 2-3 weeks.
Strain - The Church
Soil/perlite mix in a 6 inch round pot
Bio Fish mix and Bio bloom feed
Growing under cfl lights (about 100 w)

I over fed and over watered this poor little bugger about 2 weeks ago and its been slowly getting worse. It wasnt a really really strong solution of fert but it was sat in the liquid for about 36 hours before i realised. So it was sat soaking up farrr to much fert and water.

3 days later the yellowing started and i noticed it had stopped taking up water, since the incident the plant still hasnt dried the pot out of water which makes me think the roots are fucked/rotted. I looked this morning and a lot of the mass of roots are brown, but new healthy white ones are slowly emerging mid way down the pot.

About 4 days after the incident i flushed it well and a dark solution came running out (obv the ferts). Since then its had no water or fert and the pot is still wayyy heavy and so its not sucking up any water.

I really need some decent advice as to what i should do - give it a light nute feed or just leave it alone without any nutes.

Theres been no new growth at all in the past 10 days.

First pic \/ is a few days ago. This \/ pic is today. Its slowly going yellow and dieing. please help this poor bastard!:1help:

Root rot will cause chlorosis because the feeder roots will not be able to take up micronutrients such as sulfur (which will cause the viens to yellow first).

I would advise you transplant as soon as possible to a larger pot. It the roots are "bound" cut the bottom of the roots and loosen the sides to promote faster new root growth. Also, if the soil is really wet I would not moisten the new soil, just transplant it into dry soil. This way the new soil will pull the excess water out of the existing soil.

Looks like root rot, do your pots have enough drain holes and how often are you watering? Pot size looks too small, transplant and make sure you provide a soil with lots of loam...do not compact the soil, slight press make it secure and then let the watering tighten it up over time.

Thanks a lot for the advice!

Iv done what relief said and cut the bottom 2 nches of roots off and put in some dry comp/perlite. Its worked a treat, sucked the moisture out of the upper part. I also flushed with luke warm water before chopping the bottom off, still got brown fert water out of it.

What should i do now just leave it? or light feed of fish mix?

The roots didnt look black, but light brown, i think bright white is healthy? So i think i did the right thing in chopping these roots off.

What would i do with out you nice fellas!! Cheers
