Outsourcing the bay and the bou

I'm noticing that all the new seed banks that are advertising here (herbies, green parrot) have credit card ordering and the ability to track shipping. If the bay and the bou can't do this then why not outsource to one of these companies that can. I think it's beyond stupid to have to spend 30-40 bucks extra just to insure delivery.

as far as i know they are working on this, i know you heard this before, lol, but it is in their own interest after all so you can believe that as soon as they find a safe legal way they will.
