Outdoor strain selection for Ontario

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to growing, with only 2 attempts so far (one outdoor, one indoor). I've got the basics down, and have been preparing the last week for the next grow season. Most of my time has been put towards strain selection due to my areas terribly short season. I am starting this thread as I am not 100% sure with what strain to go with. Autoflowering, or a very photosensitive strain? I need some suggestions from more experienced growers.

I'll be starting 3 - 5 plants indoor around a week to get them grown out a bit, but due to space and resources can't keep them much longer. All I will have is around 100watts in CFL lighting in a very enclosed space (another reason I don't want to keep them very long is that 100 watts is only enough to barely sustain 1 plant!). If the weather permits, then I will move them outside in direct sunlight during the day. So something to remember is that running them into flowering then putting outdoors is not an option, which a lot of growers here do to finish their plants before frost hits.

Here's the info on my area.

-I am at approximately latitude 48-49 n in Ontario.
-Our first/last frost is from around June 5th - Sept 5th (give or take a few days on either date).
-It isn't until around August 1st-3rd that we get 15 hours of light, 9 dark. And it isn't until about August 21st that we drop to 14 hours of light, 10 dark.
-Keep in mind I'm only staying in town until approx Sept. 9th, so the drying process will be left to a friend until I can get back.

I think my best bet would be to go with fully autoflowering plants, sure the yield is low as well as the potency, but it beats no harvest, right? But now the real question is, do any of you growers know of any strains that have been acclimatized to northern Ontario? Or any strains that would be able to trigger into flowering at approximately 9 hours of darkness? If I can find a regular strain (or as mentioned before, a photosensitive strain) that can finish up by the first week of sept, I'll take the gamble.

I've been looking into RCMC a bit. The only problem I have is that they only offer 12 packs, and I only need 6 at most this season. Might shoot them a message to see if they'd offer a split pack or something. Their Gold Rush #3 packs are buy 1 get 1 free though... So very tempting. Also, I'm a fair bit more north than Ottawa, so their season is fair bit longer. Apparently they have a season from May 5 - Oct 6. By the way, what strains did he end up sending you? And could you give some info on them? Their flowering period, phenos, etc?

After a couple hours of research I've come to find very little information of GG#3 (I called it Gold Rush #3, it was Guerilla Gold #3... Too much Special K this morning). All I've found out so far is it's a fast-flowering semi-auto (or photosensitive) that was developed for northern latitudes and supposedly is finished by late August to early September. I've never tried premature weed (minus this one time I smoked some Blueberry that was killed by frost about 4 weeks into flowering) so I'm not sure what kind of loss I'm looking at harvesting up to 3 weeks early. It contains THC and other cannabinoids by that time, so logically I could make BHO out of it without a problem right? And I'd even be able to skip the majority of the drying and curing process, right? So if worst came to worst I could wait till the day before I leave (or the day before frost hits, whichever comes first), and just do a BHO run at the last minute, right?
