Outdoor Soil Mix

I'm looking to set up my beds for outdoor next year. The goal is to grow 50 plants in a kennel type setup to abide by the local laws. I figured 50 gallons of soil would be a good amount fore each plant and build smartpots for them sitting on top of the ground. I'm planning on making large rebar or conduit hoops to light dep early as to avoid bad weather. This is a list of all the amendments for bulk substrate and was looking to find input from the successful farmers here. Trying to price stuff out to get it in by late November so it can sit through the winter.

1/3 shagnum peat moss
1/3 HIGH QUALITY humus source, good compost, try to get good worm castings, worm power maybe
1/3 aeration, lava rock/pumice perlite if u have to
alternatively if you have the means, which you should, up to 10% topsoil can be added and percentages adjust accordingly
alternative two is up to 5% activated biochar

1/2cup of the following per cu ft (7.5 gallons of soil)
ahimsa neem meal (cheaper alternative is karanja meal or 50/50 neem/karanja)
high quality kelp meal
crab meal
oyster shell flour
gypsum
alternative 1 add 1/4cup fish bone meal
alternative 2 add 1/16cup alfalfa meal, however tricantol and other benefits from alfalfa are best added through teas ime, i would not add any amount to the soil i would make teas and apply it in that fashion. go easy on it

4 cups of rock dust, basalt preferably, alternatively glacial rock dust or cheaper locally sourced dust which has been tested and is comparable. a good resource for finding this is thomas vanacore at rockdustlocal.com

letting it sit over the winter in cold temps isn't really going to be that great compared to just mixing it early spring 2 months ahead of time when temps are higher. do what you want though. hope that helps bud

^ This is the mix I was literally just about to type out. Way to be boobs!!!

Don't skimp on the high quality humus. If you get your humus down, everything else is Easy Street.
