Outdoor organic container grow hardwater flush

Several questions from a newbie:

Using roots 707 organic grow medium, organic Botanicare pure blend grow and now in flowering pure blend bloom soil, kelp, and molasses. It seems it's about 50/50 for opinions(here and on other forums) whether or not a flush is needed when using organics, anyone care to share their opinions on the subject?

My water is hard; total hardness as CaCO3 4000mg/l, calcium 90mg/l, magnesium 40mg/l, sodium 45mg/l, potassium 5mg/l(info from city water lab drinking water report). I been removing the chlorine with a small boy filter filter but nothing else and the plants are healthy and doing fine. If I do flush will this water will it be sufficient?

I'm growing in 30gal smart pots. How much water is enough for flushing? Is it necessary to flush on a 2:1 ratio(water to container size) as would be done for a nute burn flush?

thanks
