out of bloom and back to veg?

Hello all. Due to a fairly recent earthquake that warped the floor of my garage, I have pulled about 20 plants out of my room that were stunted due to too much moisture in their soil. I have pulled them out of the soil, knocked back the roots on the plugs, applied B-1, checked for root rot and other problems. So far, they are looking quite good considering. My question is: now that it is getting warmer out, and the days are longer, can I work with these plants to get them out of bloom and back into veg growth, outdoors?

Cannabis is called a short day plant (as opposed to a long day or day neutral), but, more appropriately it's a long night plant, because it is the number of hours of dark that dictates when a plant begins to flower. So, I would think that given the time of year (in the northern hemisphere), yeah, just put them outside and they will revert back to veg and come the summer solstice they will flower again.
