Our 7500/1250 checks to DOR went thru yesterday. So anyone tripping about WF closing their account soon can worry a bit less.

There was a large empty hole where some money used to be in my acct.

Not sure how you would define legit... Federally, no way. State and local, yes to some degree.

The problem with banks is that the move money around crossing state lines so the federal compliance rules apply. That's why most banks are reluctant to hold money associated with Marijuana.

Insurance has never been an issue if you look around a bit.

Hire personnel to go around the state hassling dispensary owners... to the tune of one inspector for each 10 dispensaries.
