Yeah I think humans have evolved to eat more high-density caloric foods for sure. I personally like to eat raw meat (especially the fat)....raw milk...raw butter... etc etc. I like grains too.
But I guess it goes to show you can actually build muscle and eat a raw vegan diet. There are people that do it... you have to eat alot of higher density fruits like bananas I think...unless of course you want to eat a TON of greens.
But with juicers nowadays, people actually seem to pull off juicing a ton of greens.
