OP was at times known for rage.
The Neighbours to OP "at times" heard OP and GF Reva of 3 months arguing.
Reva had recently(?) After Arguments Contacted her ex BF on her Mobile (this was known by OP) even met him for coffee! ?

AT THE HOUSE.
The police after the Incident Discovered OP and his Temper had Destroyed some? Decorations etc IN the bedroom (ex BF was the issue.. IMO)

ON THIS NIGHT OP Slept on the Other side of the bed,next to Reva and the Side Nearest the Bathroom
(Sure?) The Bedroom Balcony doors were open.
Reva was found to have to her Mobile phone in the Bathroom where 4 shots were fired by OP the first One hitting her in the Hip which lead to her Screaming(???....) (which a neighbour heard) ..(?)Then 3 more shots were Fired.The Screaming stopped.

OP "Aleggies" he Thought there was an Intruder in the House and went to the bath room where he saw the window open and the intruder locked themselves in the Bathroom(*&^%(! ) and so even without Communication fired 4 shots at the Bathroom Door (!?? (*&^%$)
PREPOSTEROUS (In Many's Opinion and Definately IMO)

IMO and im sure,the Night was hot and the "open" balcony doors etc confirm this.HE opened the Bathroom window! (as you would with high temps c'mon,lol)
Naturally........ With you GF/Wife nxt to you in bed WOULDNT you turn your head and Whisper "Dear? I think there's an Intruder in the House?

THERES AN INTRUDER" at the Open Balcony??".- (which would of made the "intruder" DART away,of course, whether he later said this..?)

Well all I can say is if he's a broken man that's still a hell of a lot better then what his girlfriend is. I'd take being broken over being a corpse any day of the week. Little Oscar gets no sympathy from me. As for whatever punishment he gets from the courts karma will even the balance eventually.
