Hey fieldgrower,

nice looking plants, what kind of lights are you running, those look like some nice digital ballasts.

Keep up the good work.

Peace.

looking good

but how is this hydro? I see coco ?

also would like to know the nutes your using, and any supplements

coco coir is inert and is therefore considered a medium suited for hydroponic applications, or it can be mixed with soil for improved aeration similar to pearlite, vermiculite, hydroton, etc.
fieldgrower is using a flood and drain style hydro( i think) table, which would be able to take advantage of coir's ability to retain high oxygen levels (attained from the negative pressure of water penetrating the coir frequently) as well as timed waterings keep a level ppms/ph.
There are many advantages of using coir chunks / slabs/ in ebb and flow systems compared to rockwool or hydroton. I wont go into crazy detail but there's a reason that an entire sections of the IC forums is dedicated to growing in coir.

im sure this has been debated a million times but...is there really such thing "organic hydro"...??..

correct me if im wrong...but i thought what made sumthing organic was the ability of living micro-organisms to break stuff down...

and in hydro u need artificial "chelates" to do this...???...

thats y a flush is so important..?..
