Organic Soil with Chem Fertz

I have a 100% organic medium and I've fermented a whole bunch of fruits and such to promote bacterial growth in my medium, but my question is will my chemical fertilizers kill the bacteria? I'm just using ionic hardwater and the house and garden line.
