organic soil mixes

Hello again!
So i have been using just 707 dirt from the grow store near me this year because i was a little late getting everything ready and didnt have the required funds for getting a truck load of dirt and making my own dirt mix. I am very interested in doing a 100% organic garden for my ladies. So my question is... What should i add to my dirt to make it organic dirt?

Have you started a compost pile? Useful to ammend the 707 and make teas. Non-salted alfalfa cubes also. Put in nylon stocking and make "sun tea". Rosemary and cilantro teas for bug preventative.
