Oregon market conditions: what prices are you guys seeing?

Anybody else from Oregon? What are you seeing price-wise for top quality pounds? There seems to be more supply than demand; anyone seeing prices go down for ounces or pounds?

I'm seeing prices of 3,200 to 3,600 for single top-qual lbs; 2,800 for 4 or more... just trying to find out what others are seeing.
