BEAVERTON, Ore. – A father is facing child endangerment charges after police received a video of him blowing pot smoke into his one-year-old baby boy's mouth, Beaverton Police said.

Officers were called to a house on 125th Avenue just after 11 p.m. Sunday to handle a custody issue involving an estranged married couple, said Beaverton Police spokesman Mike Rowe.

Police managed to calm down the wife and her husband, identified as 22-year-old Christopher Robert Kling.

Rowe said a friend of the family gave officers a video showing Kling smoking from a glass pipe and blowing the smoke into his child's mouth. Police are not releasing the video.

According to newly-released court documents KATU obtained Monday, one officer who watched the video stated that he "saw and heard (the baby) cough and saw smoke exit his mouth."

The family friend told officers that Kling was smoking marijuana, and that this wasn’t the first .....
