Oregon 56kw rec grow buildout

So I am currently designing the buildout for a rec grow in oregon. The main flowering room is approximately 29x54 and I have a smaller flower room measuring 9x18. The main room I am planing on dividing into 4 identical grow rooms measuring aprox 13x26 leaving a 3' walkway along the inner wall. Each room will have 2x 5'x24' rolling beds centered in the room under 12 de phillips 1khps bulbs in adjustawing reflectors. Planning on growing 16-25 plants per light SOG style with a drip irrigation system. Climate will be controlled via 3 iponic624 two room controllers. Cielings are between 12'-13'.
The veg room will have 9kw of hortilux blues under vertizontal reflectors for mommas and then shelves with t8 for clones and t5 for vegging clones before flowering.
I am attaching the basic drawings i have worked out and have a few questions for the pros here.
1) my hvac professional has calculated that I need a minimum of 20 tons ac JUST FOR THE LIGHTS. I want to go 30 just to make sure I have enough, id rather dial down too much than not have enough. Am I going overboard?
2) can anyone recommend a good drip system? Controller, pumps, solenoids etc?
3) I usually run flood table indoors but I don't feel scaling up to this size garden is practical and done feel good running floranova through drippers. Can anyone reccomend a good base nute? Was thinking aqua flakes

Looks legit, i think 20tons should be ample. you have 57 1000w lights. @ 4000btu per 1k thats only 19 tons, you may need a small amount of supplemental for dehueys and other accessories.

I think you could get away with a 4 ton per flower room, and a 3 ton for your veg area.

to play it safe you could go with 5 tons per flower and a 4 ton in veg.

If the A/C is too large for the space it will cycle off and on constantly, also it won't dehumidify as well as a properly sized unit.

Also for those DE's don't they have a 5x5 footprint? Your 5'x24' beds might be a bit short 5x30 might be the ticket.

while you are at it, your yields would probably improve if you put those lights together in more of a square shape. The overlapping light pattern is where people are seeing the bigger yield come from. Say 3 rows of 4 vs 2 rows of 6 16 exposed sides vs 14 exposed sides.

As for nutrients you could give Jacks hydroponic a shot. Solid commercial nutrients.

I don't know of any pre-fabricated drip systems, you are going to have to DIY something, Basically a reservoir and a Mag-drive submersible pump.

I ran a high density SOG and tried to make drip system, basically it was a nightmare. trying to dial in a specific amount of water to that many pots in a room that big is hard. The plants closest to the pump were way overwatered by the time the ones in the end of the room started getting water.

My dumbass was just using open 1/4 in lines though not dippers. I would run a few to each pot in case one gets clogged.

Good luck!

Send me a PM, I can help you with your irrigation system, I can guarantee equal flow to each pot.

Sick setup!

House and Garden is some of the BEST nutrient ive ever used, Aqua Flakes would be optimum...

I worked a commercial spot with the early adjust a wings... I know they r probably better now but the design is similar and the old ones gave some serious hot spots in wired areas... If you run them end to end is better than side by side, but still not ideal IMO....

Also I prefer 2 identical large flower rooms with a smaller veg room... But that's just me, every situation is different but set up cost can be significantly reduced in one or two huge rooms.

Sounds cool though, post pics!

Excellent feedback guys I really appreciate it! I will provide an update this afternoon. The hvac is the most critical decision at the moment thank you for the input speedofgreen!
