ordering from attitude or ACE

Hi, I have ordered some ACE seeds in the past from attitude seeds. I got 10 oldtimers haze and had poor germ rates with 5 of them so I gave the other to my dad who told me none of them germed. I trust attitude and have not had a problem with them in the past. I want to order from ACE directly to avoid getting old seeds that wont germ. Will they ship to hawaii? Also the main strain that I want is the LAOS Luang Prabang. Ace doesn't have it but Attitude is currently carrying it. I was also going to order the sativa mix. BTW Does anyone know whats in the sativa MIX this year? Should I chance it with attitude and get the Laos or should I pick something else and go directly from ACE?
I love southeastern sativas! Thanks

directly from ace when possible, but really wanted viet black x thai & double thai, which are discontinued, so had to order them elsewhere. they will be old. VBT is from -11 and DT don´t know yet but around same time i guess. hope at least some germinate. plus ace has best customer service ever.

just pulled the trigger on 5 regular malawi seeds from ACE. I chose Malawi after seeing how much more vigorous it is compared to the laos, the higher yield, and the fact that it maintains a potent sativa high even though it has indica like growing characteristics. I want to breed some males and keep seeds of this batch since im tired of ordering seeds every year, I have a low tolerance, I smoke only about once a week, I love the freshness of seeds that I produce. Most landraces are basically inbred right?

What I mean is...would it be a problem to keep the best male out of the 5 and breed it with the females. I read an article were an outdoor grower would let select males live long enough to pollinate just the first appearing pistils. then he killed the males and let the rest of the buds become un-pollinated. So he got "some" seeds near the bottom buds but mostly un-pollinated buds. Is this a good route for me to go or should I just order (feminized?) hybrids yearly since I don't smoke much. I like the idea of "seedkeeping" and want to do it the right way. Thanks.

Go direct... out of the tens of thousands i spent on seeds in my growing career.. my most recent dealing with ordering direct from dubi n ace was the best seed purchase experience i ever had.... so easy to contact willing to give me honest answers and was more then willing to cater my unusual requests . Absolutely the BEST out there!!!
Also i want to add i attempted to pop 110 ace beans and got 110 seedlings... cant say i got 100% on the other beans i popped. ..

Good choice on the malawi . golden tiger is just as good. Make your seeds man you will not regret it. You will only have to do it once and have seeds for years how long they will last is up to the storage method. I will do that this year. I will force flower the males starting june so they drop their pollen before female natural budding begins. I only want to make pure seeds no hybrids. I was thinking pht x malawi males or pht male to female malawi. I dont know But once i have them pure then i can cross them later but probably not. Their good enough pure i think. The only thing is five seeds could give 6 females. you will get 6 seeds from ace 5 pack. Laos is old Malawi is faster, heavier and stronger. You could not have picked a better one in my opinion.

I have to say thanks to all the responses. Thats why I love this forum...so many knowledgeable growers and breeders. And thank god there is a company like ACE. I cant wait to pop these malawi.

P.S. The reason I really wanted to grow the Laos seeds is 1) THAI is my favorite herb and 2) is that I am half Laotian. I know it seems stupid but I grew out 10 greenhouse seeds Thai plants that were my favorite herb of all time. Lots of compliments and requests from my friends. So I love thai. Never tried MALAWI though. Ive heard that the Laos strains are more like the thai from back in the day(less western influence). I guess if I REALLY wanted Laos seeds I could go visit my relatives in Laos and get some direct from the source:dance013::dance013:
