Weird... I'm venting a 600watt aircooled hood into my room for the a/c to fight and my room temp doesnt get above 75... 12-8" under the light is 85 degrees... my room is also a greenhouse... just use the a/c in your room and suck the heat out the top... the temp coming out from my a/c is way hotter then what comes out my exhaust fan... might not be worth sucking the cold air outside n just let the a/c battle it or you can get a CAP monitor... or the like...
I see that your fans are significantly lower then the tops of your boxes, in my experience raising the fans so they are at least level with the top of your box will help them pull that heat out of the box.
Instead of having 1 fan push air in and one fan push air out, try using both of them to pull air out and just double the size of your intake holes, this will help more air flow through the box to decrease the temperature difference between ambient and room temps
Drop the intake fan it's probably heating up the air as it goes in the cab... heat is getting trapped inside too probably... get a fan blowing inside and make more exhaust and have passive intake... or get a CAP monitor and have it control your a/c... moving 80 degree air isn't going to make it any colder then... 80 degrees...
I would say do the same, dont hook the AC to the hut, but cool the room, and pull air from the room,
it will be more consistant... now if its still too hot, maybe more air flow? turn up the fan, or get a larger one....
